It is obvious that we could not be free anymore with our life if there is certain disease suffered by our body because the disease will not let us eat or do something we want since it could make our body worsen. This effort is really important because the blood sugar will be affected by anything we eat and we do not want to eat something which could make it up high.

It is true that we have to avoid some food and this food will be the food which could raise our blood sugar easily. We have to control the salt consumption as well for supporting that effort.
